Gods Own Junkyard

It’s a must visit spot in London. The place where all neon signs go to live, retire, find new homes – Gods Own Junkyard in Walthamstow. A never-ending collection of artist Chris Bracey’s neon signs and props from films like “Blade Runner” and “Eyes Wide Shut”, this junkyard leaves you with a lot of explore.

can’t take the heat? cook outside.

Outdoor kitchens. It’s not very common here in the U.S. but head over to the warmer countries of East Asia where kitchens and preparing meals outdoors is commonplace. From personal home kitchens tucked away in an outdoor alley to curbside kitchens pushing out steaming bowls of pho, it just goes to show you can make a good meal any place!

let’s move to Tulum, Mexico

I might be bias, but I think this winter season has been especially brutal in New York City and pretty much all across the US continent. From the constant snow blizzards and temperatures going well below 32º F (0º C), I am ready for the warmth.

It’s a perfect time to revisit some really warm, summery looking photos from Tulum, Mexico. From the beautiful scenery to great food, there is enough surf, sand and sun just to keep my mind off of this weather and perhaps contemplate moving there!
